I Didn't Receive an Email from Freewrite

Email delivery is a complex issue because there are many layers of protection that modern networks and email clients employ to protect you. Occasionally, an important email that we send is blocked before it gets to your inbox.

To make sure you always receive emails from us, you should put the following hostnames in your whitelist or "safe senders" list:

astrohaus.com
getfreewrite.com

Here are instructions for adding hostnames to your "safe sender" list on several popular email platforms:

Outlook Web App
Outlook Desktop
Gmail

There are other places that emails from us could be blocked, including at your mail server, so if you've added us to your "safe senders" list and continue to have problems receiving emails from us, please contact your network administrator for more help.
