I didn't receive an email from you
Email delivery is a tricky thing because there are many layers of protection that modern networks and email clients employ to protect you. Occasionally, an important email that we send is sent out and blocked before it gets to your inbox.
To make sure you always receive emails from us, you should put the following hostnames in your whitelist or 'safe senders' list.

There are other places it could be blocked including at your mail server, so if you’ve added us to your ‘safe senders’ list but is still having trouble receiving emails from us, please contact your network administrator for more help.
