Cloud connection and syncing troubleshooting
The Freewrite periodically checks for changes in your draft and uploads it to Postbox and any configured 3rd party cloud services.
In some situations, there can be problems with the link between these third party services and Postbox. If you are noticing syncing issues, please go to: https://postbox.getfreewrite.com/device/sync/advanced#/ and 'disconnect' the service in question. Go back to https://postbox.getfreewrite.com/device/sync/simple to reauthorize the connection.
